Dr. Stephanie Redd received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in
Marietta, Georgia with Summa Cum Laude honors.
Although Stephanie wasn’t introduced to chiropractic care until after completing her
undergrad, her interest for helping others achieve peak performance started in high
school following multiple soccer injuries. After graduating, Stephanie explored various
roles in the healthcare field but stumbled upon a life-changing opportunity at her
mentor’s chiropractic office. There, she experienced firsthand the profound impact of
chiropractic care and nutrition supplementation, solidifying her conviction that this was
her true calling.
Stephanie has a passion for treating patients at a deeper level, considering the triad of
health—structure, chemistry, and emotion. She utilizes Applied Kinesiology in her
treatments to pinpoint issues and prioritize the root cause of pain, discomfort, or
reduced mobility. Muscle testing challenges the body to reveal weaknesses or
imbalances, guiding more precise and effective chiropractic treatments.
In addressing the emotional aspect, Stephanie offers to her patients Neuro-Emotional
Technique. NET recognizes the link between emotional stress and physical health; it
operates on the principle that unresolved emotional experiences can manifest as
physical symptoms or health issues. Chemistry includes identifying and addressing
nutritional deficiencies, food sensitivities, or toxicities affecting the body’s ability to heal
and function optimally.
Dr. Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health & Rehabilitation Sciences from
The Ohio State University. Stephanie is proud to be born and raised in Columbus, Ohio
where her family still resides. Go Buckeyes! Outside of practice she enjoys exploring
new hiking trails with her German Shepherd (Miley), spending time with her partner,
Darryn and decorating their newly purchased first home!
